We should care about the Environment, but we need to prioritize Economic Development first.

Oh, are the Economy and the Environment Separate Realms?

What do you mean, "Separate Realms"?

Does the Economy impact the Environment?
Does the Quality of the Environment impact the Economy?

I guess so.

You "guess so".
So why would you prioritize Economic Development over the Environment?
If the Environment is ruined, the Economy will, eventually, collapse.

Listen, I believe in Progress.
We need to keep Moving Forward.
Sure.
There's some damage along the way, but life gets better, doesn't it?
