Scarcity

Right-Wing Extremism,
And Left-Wing Extremism,
Both have their origins
In Scarcity.
The Right feels that immigrants
Will endanger their standard of living,
While the Left feels marginalized
By the Economic Elites.
Occasionally, 
The Left and the Right combine forces
Temporarily
As in France,
But when the revolutionary euphoria recedes,
They will inevitably be
At odds.
Of course, Extreme Individualism
Leads to a FEELING of Scarcity
Even if,
In reality,
One really has enough.
The polar opposite of Extreme Individualism
Is a MOB,
But mobs aren't made up
Of people who think for themselves.
