The chase

I ran as fast as I could down the cobblestone ally way. I had no idea where I was or where I was going I just knew I had to get away. I could hear the sound of loud booming footsteps chasing me . These guys had been chasing me for a while . They were what you would call the bad boys at my high school. Everyone knew you should never ever get on their bad sides or stand up to them. Or else you're dead . And I had gotten on their bad sides. I didn't mean to but I did. So they had found me and they started chasing me. So now I was running as fast as I can away from them. I could hear my heart pounding in my chest. And I could feel the sweat pouring down my back.
I was so scared of what they would do to me if they do to me if they caught me. I kept running and checked behind me every few seconds to see if they were behind me. I could hear them but I still couldn't see them. I was running out of breath and I could barely have enough energy to keep running. I ran across the street. Where there was a trail with trees surrounding it. I ran down the trail. After a few minutes I turned the corner . I stopped in place panting. In front of me the trail ended and there was a dark wet tunnel in front of me. I had no idea where it would lead.
I heard the boys yelling and running down the trail. I looked at the tunnel and looked around. I was afraid of where the tunnel led. But the dark tunnel was the only way to go. So I ran down into the tunnel hoping I wouldn't fall in the dark tunnel. It was cold and wet in the tunnel. And I couldn't see a thing. I could feel cold water dripping on me as I ran. Every step I took made a loud echo in the tunnel. I looked behind me and I could kinda see the boys . They were only like ten feet behind me .
The tallest one was the leader his name is Ricky. He yelled after me in his deep scary voice " YOUR DEAD MEAT MOLLY!!!!!!!!! YOU HEAR ME!?!?!?!?! WE WILL CATCH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!". I continued to run for my life as fast as I could down the dark tunnel. And before I could avoid it I tripped over a rock. I fell against the rough gravel floor of the tunnel . I tried to get back up but I had sprained my ankle. I was breathing very quickly and my heart was racing . I had to get up I had to!!!!!!!
I pushed myself up carefully and continued to run. But I was limping and that slowed me down a lot . The boys voices just got louder and their foot steps sounded like thunder. I looked to my left and I saw that a separate tunnel led off of this one. I stopped in my tracks and I carefully and quietly snuck into the separate tunnel. I really hoped the boys wouldn't hear me move out of the tunnel . I leaned against the tunnel wall and sat there with my heart pounding in my chest.
I was still breathing very quickly and my throat was killing me. I tried to breath deeply and slow my breathing and heart rate to a normal pace. But then I heard the boys . They must have only been three feet away . They had stopped in their tracks in the main tunnel . They looked around wondering where I was. I held my breath hoping they would go away. They stood and talked for what seemed like forever . I knew I couldn't hold my breath forever . So I took a quick breath hoping they wouldn't hear me.
Ricky straightened up and said " what's that noise I heard a noise from over there!!!". He pointed his long finger towards the tunnel I was in. I froze and flattened against the wall. Ricky and the rest of the boys walked over to the tunnel . I stood up and made a run for it down the tunnel . I was scared out of my mind. They yelled after me and chased me down the tunnel . I couldn't see anything. There wasn't any light . And all of a sudden I hit a dead end . I hit it so incredibly hard. I fell down onto the floor of the tunnel. My head was throbbing and I could feel a trickle of warm blood coming from my forehead .
I felt so tired and in pain I couldn't move . I heard the boys run up to me . And I was surrounded completely and there was no escape. I could barely move or speak . I tried to say something but all that came out was mumbling . Ricky and the boys were smiling I could just tell. Ricky laughed and said " well well well you finally stopped running . I must admit your a fast one and hard to catch. But let's see if you can fight!!!!". I uttered a cry for help. But to no use. Ricky grinned and kicked my stomach hard. Which knocked the wind right out of me. I moaned in pain .
The boys all laughed and they started to beat the shit out of me. Every thing they did hurt but I couldn't fight back . They broke ended up dislocating my right shoulder and my left knee . After around fifteen minutes they finally stopped beating me up so I thought. My warm sticky blood was trickling down from so many places I don't even know . Then Ricky laughed and leaned down next to me . He whispered in my ear " hey there sweetheart what about a head bang?". He grabbed me by the throat and I struggled with all my might even though I could barely move.
He laughed and slammed me against the cold, wet, hard wall. He repeated that several times. He slammed my head into the wall so many times. I gave up struggling the pain was to much. He finally dropped me on the floor. And all I could see was never ending darkness . I passed out to the sound of their cold evil cackling.
