Those Nights

They twinkled brighter those nights 
Watching them as you told me stories 
Your voice kept me warm 
Made me feel safe 
Cap off a bottle hits the ground 
I listened as it rolled away 
Stars still twinkling 
Just like your eyes as your laughing 
Your laughter echos through my heart 
The air soft and the night calm
Yeah, they twinkled brighter.
