When you were having bad days
When everything was too much 
I held you 

When mom was on a rant 
And attacking everything in sight
I hid you

When everyone was being mean
And picking on you 
I loved you

We are now separated 
I cant be there for you 
To protect you 

You call asking for help 
Wanting to escape. I cant be there
To hide you

I may be far and baby
All of this is temporary I'll be there
To love you. 

Be strong. 
I'm still here 
I'll save you.

Be brave 
Because I cant 
Hide you.

Be happy 
And don't forget 
I love you
