Lost

poem by: Daniel Moskowitz
Written on Dec 06, 2018

Lately,
I feel as if
We're living
In a dying culture.
Sure,
We're motivated
To take care of business,
But all that inspired us in the past
Is being lost.

Yet, culture is not dying. But everything is motivated by business.

Our Culture has, historically, been based on THE LAND, Talal. So, if "everything is motivated by business", as you say, all that remains is a CORPORATE Culture....not an AUTHENTIC Culture any more.

I'm pretty sure culture just evolves with social groups. I mean, We had a culture, we still have a culture and we'll have one in the future. they just differ slightly as generations pass.
