NHS bullying

If I am new - welcome me.
If I am down - don't tread on me.
If I am fragile - don't shatter me
If I am unsure - lead me.
If I have done well - praise me.
If you don't know - ask me.
If I don't know - teach me
We are branches from the same tree
Take all the sunlight
You may wither me
