PRESENCE....

poem by: Frank Hornby .
Written on Sep 10, 2018

"I can feel you around me...I know that you are there,
unmistakable perfume, the sweet aroma of your hair.
I find the white feathers in many a strange place,
whispers of your voice....in dreams I kiss your face.
I know that you are watching, as I lie alone in our bed,
it comforts me greatly, as you caress my forehead.
I'm sensing your presence in everything that I do,
please don't ever leave me....I don't want to live without you."
