What did you want to be as a child
Work somewhere hot , somewhere mild
Time flashes by very quick
Suddenly you wake up , 25
Now you feel extremely sick
You don't feel accomplished at this young age
All, to show on an a4 page
What happened to all the dreams
The life
Ideas of becoming a wife
You realise by now you wanted those things
I wasn't looking for princes or kings
Just more to show for 25
Things to make me feel alive
Waiting to see what will be next
Hopefully some happy not bouncy cheques
Something may come from my love to write
All these thoughts
Swirling my head at night.
