Chances that come

First time we met like many chances in life
You weren't simply wanting a wife
But for some magical reason that very day
It became a love story, flourished they say
I'll remember that day forever more
The day I saw you at my door
Dressed up smart with a dashing smile
You stood out from everyone for sure, a mile
We shared many moments that sunny day
Laughing and joking lots to say
Knowing the moment was right
We told each other every night
After a few months we moved in together
Just knowing this is forever
Years are passing
Now sharing our world
All because of that sunny day
