The First Kiss

poem by: Royce B
Written on Oct 27, 2016

It seems too good to be true,
Sitting here in front of you,
looking at you, (oh man, what a view)
My nerves are ecstatic,
And oh, I feel so spastic,
          My heart beat going frantic.
My thoughts are hectic,
My desire un-measurable by any metric,
          Our first kiss, so electric.
Your lips are so sweet,
     Passion explodes when we meet,
          I'd fall over if I didn't have a seat.
I'd end up floating off,
     Without your touch, (so soft)
          Holding me aloft.
