Paradise

Once a world,
a paradise turn inferno.
Hate, greed, discrimination, war of the sexes,
Religious differences and intolerance.
A plague that spells disaster through
Every step of the way.
Infinite I pray not, an end it is all I wish for instead.

A once paradise, no longer a safe place.
Children at play, while a menace preys,
As they watch and wait to lurk and damage the innocent.
Ancient beauty once an adult now with kid like ways,
Seniors as they call them at their mercy in the hands of evil,
Meant to care for them yet choosing to harm them without regrets.
As unbelievable as it may seem, yet evidence speaks a big yes.
Tears like rivers that rise in a desperate race.
Yearning for a cure to this great terrain.
A giant flow of viruses that invade every space.
Scientist who think have all of the world's wonder figured out
realize that some things are just out of their hands.

Paradise come back to life.
We will forgive those who trespass us,
As we are willing to forget such a terrible despair.
Peace and love the two things most of us yearn for,
Yet why for some it is so hard to implement it?
Leaders be followers, followers be leader,
Someone must compromise in order to solve this game.
The end of the world so many preach and preach,
Yet still today, hell is what it is but we seem to be living it.

Many people seem to be feeling this way and it is a troubled world we live in, all we can do is to pray and stay positive...well written.
