To Mama,
Unconditional love is what they call it
Momma i can’t express the love you show me
I try to live as you raised me
Never-ending battle with my true self
This love flows both ways
I never wanted to hurt you
I'm sure I will continue too
Please forgive me
Hope this bond never breaks
But when all is said and done
You will find your answers
And I’ll lose my way
I am your child
The black sheep
Always know the river of love runs deep
Deeper than what they call life
