Live Life Like A Kid

LIVE LIFE LIKE A KID

Live life like a kid,
And you'll never grow old.
It will make you feel younger,
At least, that's what we're told. 

Our life's an adventure, 
for us to explore.
So enjoy everything,
like never before.

So dance in the rain,
or sing in the shower.
Skip along down the street,
and pick someone a flower.

Jump in a puddle,
play in the dirt.
Get some on your knees,
and maybe your shirt.

Find shapes in the clouds,
figure out what they are.
Whistle a tune,
learn to play a guitar.

Slide on the ice,
capture the snow.
Dance in the rain,
or chase a rainbow.

Be silly with friends,
or relax in the sun.
Play a prank, tell a joke,
always laugh with someone.

Camp out in the yard,
climb a few trees.
Rake in the fall,
then jump in the leaves.

Fill some water balloons,
start a war, if you dare.
When you make a promise,
you must pinky swear.

When the sun goes down,
count the stars in the night.
Make a wish, close your eyes,
Let your dreams take flight.

In your dreams, when you fly, 
 harness the sun.
Run through the clouds,
to the moon just for fun.

Life can be tough,
The older one gets.
So stay young at heart,
and have no regrets.

Remember that kids,
have always been smart.
Cause they live in the moment,
and love from the heart.
