I Saw You

poem by: Serena Collins
Written on Mar 25, 2015

I saw you dreaming, crying and dying!
You were one of them, one of us and like us.
I saw you dreaming, crying and dying!
We all lived for us, lived for them and lived for you.
I saw you dreaming, crying and dying!
We visited the grave, you were in it and we were weeping.
I saw you dreaming, crying and dying!
Only did I see you then, you were dead and I saw you.
