    Poetry in motion

When it's windy on Walney it can cause
a commotion,
and when a tree sways its 'Poor tree in motion'
Up on the shore, hold on to your hats
You don't go when it's windy?
You are scaredy cats
Make the most of our Island whilst you can
pretend in the wind you are 'Desperate Dan'
Find some shelter and eat your cow pies
(But mind the horns don't get in your eyes)
Run around the sand like you have gone crazy
Be you a Maria, Mick, Larry or Daisy
let the wind give you a free massage,
and leave your car in the bloody garage...

I love the humour throughout your poems Keith....I love walkin, and running out in the wind and the rain.....I used to love Desperate Dan in the Dandy comic...hahaha and the horns stickin out of his cow pies!...great stuff!...
