Whatever it takes

were never a failure
Or a mistake 
Everyone knows 
My love was never fake 
We didn't go home 
That man warned me 
Warned me if I stayed 
Draven would go away
He gave me a number 
I said is it too late?
He said "to leave, no?"
I said no "therapy" 
His look warned me. 
I had to go. 
Outside I made the calls. 
Rounding those walls 
Shaking and scared 
This is my home 
Why why why 
Then my therapist 
Reported him. 
Reported him for not being better. 
And another women did the same. 
And another. 
Acting out of fear 
Fear of Draven going away 
Am I doing the same?
I don't care 
Anything to save him.
I will take any blow
Any pain 
For him to grow.
