Black

Black.
Black is all I saw.
Once 'pon a time, I could hear the 'planes o'erhead roar.
Now, all is become silent; all is dark.

Once 'pon a time, I could taste,
But now all that is left is a great waste.
Now all is silent; All is dark;
All is tasteless; All is stark.

Once 'pon a time, I had breath.
Then the lead struck me;
It sent me to death.
All is silent; All is dark;
All is tasteless; All is stark.
I drew my final breath;
I was lead into Death.

This black void; it drives me insane.
I feel the walls closing in.
I sense Him coming for me.
Black is all I can see.

HE comes to me,
Yet, I can not see.
HE approaches: The Devil comes!

I struggle to my feet.
'Tis too late; I am beat.
HE takes me down the well;
HE takes me down to Hell...

"He takes me down the well; He takes me down to Hell..." Loved it, it makes me feel so... heavy... I don't know how to explain it but I sure did love it.
