Why didn't you believe me
"Why Sonny, do you always keep harping about Jesus Christ all of the time? I am rapidly running out of my patience with you and I am sick and I am very tired of hearing all about how much He loves me!" Shouted Sonny's beloved father, Adam.
"Don't you know? Don't you realize dear ole' dad just how much that both Jesus and I love you?"
Counter proposed his loving and devoted son, nicked named by him, Sonny. Whose real name was Seth.
"If Jesus loves me, why did he take my wife and your mother away from me? He yelled loudly.
Yelling loudly enough for all of their neighbors to be able to hear yet another shouting match between a faithful son and his grieving father.
"She was my mother and I miss her just as much as you do dad! But when mom used to preach to me about Jesus all of the time, I used to yell at her just like, you are yelling at me now!"
"Alright you two, we've heard just about enough of your endless bickering about Jesus Christ!. Some of us are trying to watch the baseball game on our smart television high enhanced definition television sets that cost all of us both arms and both legs to pay for!"
Their next door neighbor Sam was a sports fanatic and was able to watch more than one ball game at a time on his Smart television set. His wife, Eva, was a sports widow and did not share his love for sports. So while all of the endless ball games were on, she was at the movie theater watching the very latest science fiction thriller about another alien invasion of planet earth.
But Sam had enough, so he decided to call 911 and report his neighbors for disturbing the peace. Never mind that he had his 75 foot large screen mounted on his living room wall up full blast and all of his yelling and screaming was also disturbing his neighbors peace of mind.
Sam's neighbors never complained about him, however, cause they all loved sports just as much as he did. None the less, they did not appreciate all of the many long term fights between father and his son about Jesus Christ.
Suddenly there as a loud knocking at the Smith family's front door.
"Open up this is the police, 'we have a disturbing the peace' charge against the both of you by your next door neighbor."
"Our neighbor has the volume of his TV turned up full blast and he is also disturbing our peace. And we aren't filing a disturbing the peace complaint about it!"
Adam Smith, Sonny's father, loudly yelled back at the officers.
"Watching endless sports games on TV is an all American favorite national pastime. But all of your endless and senseless bickering over Jesus Christ is not one of them!" They yelled back.
It was Seth who opened up their front door to the police. He was wearing his back pack and was all packed up and ready to leave his father's house at his father's request.
"Officers, you can tell our good neighbor, Sam, there won't be anymore arguments over Jesus Christ. Cause my dear ole' dad just kicked my out of his house because of it." Seth explained.
"Goodbye dad, you have my generation 5 G Apple I phone's number on your list of contacts. If ever you did me for any reason day or night? All you have to do is call me and I will come running. You know just how much both Jesus Christ and I really do honestly love you!"
Suddenly there was a very strange cloud formation forming in the cloudy skies, right along with a loud clap of thunder and lighting strikes. The graves of the dead in Christ became opened wide.
And there was a flash of brilliant light that struck, Seth Smith! He became a bright ball of light in the sky. Right along with other bright brilliant lights in the sky.
All that was left of Seth Smith were his King James Bible, his clothes and his back pack. But in his entire neighborhood, unfortunately, he was the only one that was raptured! Because he was the only one that was a Bible believing born again Christian in his entire former neighborhood!
Seth was gone in the twinkling of an eye at the last trumpet of God was headed for the Bema born again believers judgment seat of Christ Jesus!
Both Adam Smith and the two officers fell face down on the ground at the impact of the rapture.
They helped one another up and stared at the sky. All they knew was that Sonny Smith aka Seth was struck by a beam of light and vanished from their sight.
"I guess, my son Seth was right all along about Jesus Christ!"
Adam Smith held up Sonny's Bible that his mom had given to him.
"I hate you God because You took both my wife and my son away from me!"
Suddenly Jesus Christ had had enough of Adam Smith's hostile rebellion against Him and struck him dead with a lightening blot right in front of both shocked police officers!
And Christ's final words to him were," Adam Smith, why didn't you believe on me?"
"When your wife and your son told you often enough, that I loved you!"
