Divide and Conquer

Somebody said to me don't jump on the racist band wagon it's all an act to divide us...
Well yes divide and conquer is true but let's be analytical of EVERYTHING bear with me because am not gonna go into everything cause I don't have years to write this . . 
Let's say am a policeman If I shot a person of non colour in Britain with a gun saying I thought it was a tazer I would be kicked off the police force and sent to jail minimum 20 year sentence. 
If I was one of those bankers who put the Country into recession there would be a witch hunt for my head . 
People speak on football being corrupt but not the fact People are bring tret differently for the colour of there skin in England and across the world . 
The medical side of things,why are more black women dying in child birth than other women of non colour? . In this day and age. Why do black people get rejected on mental health assessments and there white counterparts pass with ease . How comes black disabled children have to be seen as nearly dead before they get given the same funding as their white counterparts.  
How comes there are no managers directors of hospitality who are black in England? 
If a black footballer represents his country scores the winning goal and still has banana skins thrown at him still is abused by fans who he has just secured a win for their team is that any fair.
How comes judges sentence young black men to 33 years of jail minimum 20 years parole for a murder but a white male does the same offence and will do 10 years  15 max.
When a black person who is never late to there job ,on time ,brilliant at there job works for the company for 38 years and never gets promoted and people who was shit, crap at there job constantly late , multiple warnings of misconduct gets promoted and becomed top regional managers in the same time is that fair ?
Why is that black women know when to not run there mouths like there entitled to anything and everything on this planet but there white counterparts will phone the police if you so much make them feel anxious 
NO NO NO NO HELL NO 
There is no way on on this planet earth you are gonna tell me that this is fair . This is the daily struggle of black people fighting a system that has broke our backs not to mention in uk we only just finished paying slave traders off In 2015 . That's right we had to pay the slave traders off for abolishing the slave trade imagine that . I paid off for my ancestors to be let free when they never asked to be enslaved in the first place.  If black people would have done this to you would you be so quick to forget ? And then say this racist thing ain't real or its divide and conquer.  To the people who walk around with there eyes shut and don't help change YOU ARE THE PROBLEM  on Why there is no equality in the world. Change is coming very very slowly. 300 years time we shall see who is on top . With climate change and the world changing . I hope some young person of non colour reads this and becomes and advocate for change becomes a beacon of diversity and equality.  I pray you be fair and wise and not ignorant like the people before you . This is my publication dreaming of a better world.
