Laughter: good medicine 4 all

“The harshest criticism is often the silent reflection from the mirror of ones life” (ATB)

Years of unemployment, four major surgery's, and a divorce that was chosen for me, has given me a gift.

The only battle I care to win, is the one that is within, the one that requires daily persistence, the one that can consume you or inspire you.

Pain and pleasure are such a gray area at times. They blend into one another. In some situations, one becomes the other and vice-versa.

It is the desire to live one's truth that will set you free from the external forces which intoxicate one's thinking and actions.
