How to cope
Today my dad came home from the hospital he had knee surgey and now its really painful for him to do anything or move so it really hits home because we take things for granted until we cant do anything anymore. He is trying to cope but the more he dose think about it he will contune to hurt but at lest he can walk a little with the walker that's good I think. I very proud of my dad because he has taken the stride and steps to getting better even though he is really hurting and in pain I guess we all have to cope with this.
