Grudges

I recently learned of my Mother's illness, she has heart complications. Its not surprising, since she struggles with so many problems. Being overly generous, her life has been filled with people mistreating and taking advantage of her. From the time I can remember, she has given everything she has to help her family; only to receive constant ridicule and judgement from the same people she was always there to help. 
I feel a deep sadness when I imagine how she feels, abandoned, alone, and the topic of the gossip circle...always the topic. "I don't know why she does this, why doesn't she just do that? I just don't understand her....blah blah blah.." Its just so easy for us to judge isn't it? 
My Mom, has a heart of gold. Loving, giving, caring, and compassionate.  When she's not helping someone, it's because she can't, because if you ask her for $100 and its her last $100...I guarantee you she'll give it to you. If she doesn't, you know she doesn't have it.
My Mom, I pray to God she gets better. If she doesn't, all the people who gossip about her, judge her, and hurt her feelings with their wicked ways, will have to live with the guilt for the rest of their lives. I don't want to hear any phoney words, or see any tears of guilt...that will make me angry.
