My little steps have been interrupted 
My big steps have been interrupted
Even the insignificant ones have been...
Interrupted

I am here though
I am here now

Although the waves have tried to get me 
They tried to
Tumble me
Rumble me

But you know what?
I am here
I am still here

Although the loves have come and gone 
Their fingers have tugged at my little heart
Their love has hurt me

But hey guess what?
I am still here

I will be here for as long as the stars will be 

Lil ol me
