To thine own selves please remain true.
Roses are red and violets are blue.
Memories of yesterday fade into
a distant memory.

Why is it among the best of friends,
they are always trying to recall
what happen way back then.

Never managing to progress into
the present's harsher and more
bitter realities.  Time is kept
into a capsule which never breathes.
