No More

poem by: Chel Scott
Written on Aug 22, 2018

Tear out my heart.
open my ribcage
and remove the very life of me.
Take what love I had
and wash it clean away.
No more words to say.
No more tears to cry.
No more love to give.
No more heartbeats.
I am encased in black,
shrouded in doubt,
covered in hate.
Tear out my heart.
Open my ribcage
and remove the very life of me.
