Inspired Intent

I'm at loss for positivity
which is unhealthy
I must rejuvenate my life source
my worry, anxiety and depression
will go through my mental sifter
leaving only the creme de la creme
of my heart flower - the best lofty feelings
running through my blood
the light energy inside and out
the channel of God's voice
gives me new motivation
a spark of life - I'll fly through it
let me bond with purity, passion and
plenitude
let me bow to my source
be thankful for my blessings
understand and be thoughtful
find a resting place
to contemplate the peace and joy
that flows through my mindbody
like a steady, blowing wind
that frees me to do what I can
to appease the world once more
helping people in ways I can
finding salvation in compassion,
empathy and caring...
