Future Desrtruction

poem by: KayleighMarie Fitzgerald

Please stop and think for a minute.
Try to see through these mutated gimmicks.
We're constantly slaving
We're Robots in training.
Not even supposed to be thinking.

So when mankind truly sees,
That everything is make believe.
Being fed packs of lies
By a Devil disguised
Not everything is as it seems.

Technology is destroying our race.
It's progressing at a dangerous pace.
Human instincts will die,
We won't know how to survive,
If electricity was suddenly erased.

Normality would certainly freeze,
As we are used to surviving with ease.
And kaos would rise,
As we all realise,
That we depend quite a bit on machines.
