Very poignant poem, we all suffered the effects of my daughter's divorce, because it does impact on the whole family, so sad.

Good poem.
It is not an easy time devorse
It leaves its mark.

Sometimes, unfortunately, there is no marital solution. Better to end a marriage at the right time and avoid destroying both marriage and friendship. Become a better person by relieving both parties of their roles as spouse.

Feeling for you Michael divorces can be painful... or not. In my divorce experience we were able to accept our issues were better left as unsolved and move on. There is always collateral damage and was sad to see the impact on our young son. We remained friends and realised we would always be connected by our son... I am very happy to say given time the issues were not as significant and were able to find resolve, enough for us to be remarried happily for the last 30 years. Hope things work out for the best.

Thanks for the well wishes Rod. Divorce process certainly is a mixed bag of emotions in limited time slices. Things will work; what lies between point A (journey) and point B (destination) is the difficult crossing, but soon enough everyone involved will be in a better situation overall.
