Tears

poem by: Stephen Westerland
Written on Aug 07, 2016

Tear drops are such mysterious things
They show your emotions when somebody sings
When there is happiness, sadness or pain
When you crack under pressure because of the strain
When family passes and it makes one cry
No-one ever wants anyone to die
And when there is born a baby girl or boy
We all share happiness through our tears of joy
So the next time you’re happy or feeling a bit blue
Know someone’s out there shedding a tear for you.
