Blind Man’s Bluff
Content Note: Themes of emotional distance and disconnection in relationships.

Don’t need bars to be locked inside you.
Don’t see the stars we reached for too.
Shadows are made in sunshine and light—
you won’t see them while it’s night.

Feelings fade with time and space.
What was together is a separate place.
The pace now lessens every day;
thoughts about us are so far away.

To keep it strong, not knowing enough—
like a crazy game of Blind Man’s Bluff.
Silence becomes the means to talk,
stuck in the memories of what was us.
