I almost got hit by a car yesterday...
It's hard to believe, but the truth is what I say
Forget about a sign that only reads: 'One Way'
-It's a sign...that the driver will not obey...
And, it didn't even matter to him, anyway...
He shouldn't even be allowed on the highway
(Or a driveway, or byway...by the way)
This crazy driver...started driving me insane
He was weaving in and out...until he was in my lane
-Gave me a dirty look, as if I were to blame...
I got his license plate, but I didn't catch his name
And, I really don't think that the driver felt the same...
Because, even though he missed me...I don't miss him in that way
