Minutia

poem by: Samantha Johnson

Nobody here disturbing the peace
Got no troubles life is sweet
Got no worries cause I got nothing
But blisters on my feet

Lying silently on the couch
The TV’s on but my mind is out
Got no worries cause I feel nothing
And I just want to shout

It’s the minutia of life

Moving places form here to there
Hop a plane and I’m in the air
Got no worries cause I got everything
I’m free without a care

It’s the minutia of life

Step right up to see the day
I’m playing time now in a different way
Got no worries cause I’m here to stay
And I know just what they’ll say

It’s the minutia of life
It’s he minutia of life

Nobody’s here disturbing the peace.
