I am breathing without breath

They say that if you can say you can't breathe, then you know your not dead
But I feel I can't breath, I'm smothering in my head.

I feel I am suffocating , gasping for breath, but I am still here on earth
My eyes or opened not closed in death,

I feel I can't get out from under not matter the efforts , and my climb
maybe I just feel I cant breath maybe it's all in my mind.

Some times things happen, it's to much and takes it's toll.
you try to handle everything the right way, but then it's out Of your control

Sometimes you try to be something more than a human being
sometimes, your pulled in so many directions, the obvious not seeing.

Sometimes there is a weight, nobody else sees pulling you down
sometimes you want it over with so you add more weight and guilt so quicker you can drown.

So I will say it again, I'm drowning beneath the tender reed ,,,,,,,,,,no way out or up
smothering, drowning, can't breathe!
