Say you will 
Say you won't 
Your caught in the emotion of how you feel in the moment. 
Say you love me 
Say you trust me 
Your actions tell a story of consistent denial.
Say you will try harder
Say you gonna change 
Your mind is splintered you call it ADHD or being anaemic or BPD 
Say you gonna get therapy
Say your gonna stop
Your just full of excuses with no accountability
