Enemy signals surrender, south of the border
But, take no prisoners when the captain gives the order

The whites of the eyes of the enemy soldier
Deny him the right to surrender when it's over
Execute execution...without retribution, and
Shoot on sight when the captain gives the order

White flag flyin' high, signal meant to be ignored
Time to give up and die...doesn't matter anymore
The solution to the problem is to end it before
Beginning again...before ending in war

Line 'em up, shoot 'em down, mortar south of the border
