Because maybe it's true. Maybe it's all true. Maybe the sky will one day fall on us Screaming as we try and run from the inevitable But what is the difference between the end of the Earth And life Because I wake up, with the blinding pain of the sun And I try to run from everything that is said to hurt me. I run from my problems Just to find I cannot escape them I cannot escape life Just as I cannot escape death So let it be true. Let the world fall in around me

I like this. The sadness and desperation of this piece can be felt clear as day. It paints a picture in the mind and soul alike. Very deep.
