Smile even if inside is crying.
Laugh even if inside you're dying.
Speak even if inside you feel silent.
Feel even if inside you don't feel at all.
Reach out even if inside you feel stupid.
Love even if inside you feel hate.
Forgive even if inside you feel bitter.
Admire even if inside you feel jealous.
Live even if inside you don't feel like living at all. 
Life is precious, just because you're blind to it now doesn't mean you always will be.
