Highs and lows.

Never trust a smile it may not be what it seems
Behind there may be troubles and worries all unseen
Their thoughts may be like traffic in a large conjested town
Maybe that is the reason why they are feeling down.

So when you see those people that you love and who you know
Just look out for the body language and surely it will show
Forget about the laughter it may be just a screen
Take heed of that Solomn moment it may be a friend in need.

Watch out for all that pressure in a world of success and greed
That may be another reason why they never feel at ease
So never trust a smile a smile can come and go
And don't ignore those warnings and beware of the highs and lows.

Depression from what I can see is a real fact sometimes people put on a front In many cases in the form of laughter and a smile.it concerns me when I hear negitive comments from some young poets.then again poetry is a good way of expressing Feelings .just remember if any one suffers depresion there is help out there.

Thanks for your support especially on this one a little sensitive I know but I am seeing more and more of depression around me . When it is in ones household then I need to express the problem Affecting so many people.

I think this poem will definitely put a unfeigned smile on a lot of faces but also help emotionally knowing that there are people out there that get it. Nice work
