Questions...

poem by: Frank Hornby .
Written on Mar 30, 2017

"Where are you dad? I'd love to know,
why did you leave me? Did you really have to go?
Did you know I was born? Did you know I was there?
Did you ever see me? If you did....did you care?
Did my mum ever love you? and did you ever love her?
Did you have more children? Who loved you so true,
did they hug you, and hold you? Like I wanted to.
Did you ever have another son? Who you lovingly sat on your knee,
I envy that son, because it should've been....me."
