Blue Skies

There is a girl I know,
Her love and generosity would always show.
That amazing smile and beautiful face,
And everytime I think of her I think of His amazing grace.
She loved to run wild and free,
Spreading her wings, way above the tree.
She is always remembered in our hearts,
Her beauty courage and many different arts.
The sad looks on our faces that day,
The day our LORD decided to call her away.
Tears may fall from our red swelled eyes,
In thought of when on angel wings she flew to the skies.
We question if this really was to be,
To lose our loved, our joyful, our sweet Bree.
We now know it was her time,
God made us at peace that was His sign.
She is in heaven now, watching over us,
From every dawn to every dusk.
Our trust we put in God, that this was right for You,
And pray that we will one day be there too.
To see our Brianna again for one more day,
Before the day You called her away.
My sweet cousin, oh how I love thee,
Forever my best friend you'll be.
With love and care,
This I share.

"I'll like you forever,
I'll love you for always,
As long as eternity,
My best friend you'll be"
