Simple bliss

poem by: Edward Shields
Written on Dec 31, 2016

A piece of paper, floating!
Drifting through the air.
Like life, going through the motions.
Expectations.
Not knowing what's happening.
You & me, doing what we have to.
To survive in this world.
This world ablivious to nature.
We have to hear, to see.
What we are doing to this land, the sea.
The air we breath.
Blackening the sky.
Dark rain, falling! falling! falling!
The earth burning, trying to survive the poison of man.
And the putread human nature, of simple bliss!

I think organization will make this piece more linguistic. There are some spelling errors. What is ablivious anyways? Perhaps you mean oblivious?
