The Flying Rock

poem by: Dinesh Chauhan
Written on Dec 09, 2016

A rock, big rock
Sees something eerie
Remains at a shock
Ponders a fairy
A bird flying high
In the dark, blue sky

Strives to fly
But fail
Frowns at the sky
Fell into a dale
Does not quit
Gets a hold of bird flock
Face, delightfully lit
Enjoys a lot, the rock

                                                                       DINESH KUMAR CHAUHAN
