Gambling

poem by: Alice Inwonderland
Written on Jul 19, 2016

Rolling on the right side of wrong
Five or six, it doesn’t matter
Whatever the face
She’s as good as ace

Danger is her number
Playing with fire
Riddling the tame
She loves the game

Table to Table
Pacing the scene
Fixing her gaze
In this one door maze

No entry it says
No exit, one way
The cards attach
She’s met her match

Broke once more
Keep going and smile
Must circle again
She’s lost until when…
