open your eyes

To those who cover there eyes,
And pretend that you don't see.
See, all the pain in the world.
the world that you live on so freely.
Its still there even if unseen.
The pain doesn't go by closing your eyes.
It doesn't magically disappear into thin air.
Its there, in front of you.
Stop closing your eyes.
Look around.
Its all still there is it not?
So why are you closing your eyes?
