That's a sad poem man! I hope that I am not interpreting it too literally, but is it about someone who is paralyzed? Is there a deeper meaning that I am missing?

Yeah it's sad, it's more metaphorical about a fella feeling like he needs this girl who he isn't good enough for, he his trapped with contradiction.
